Terms of Service
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Poll Warrior (the "Service", "Game", "we", "us", or "our"), including the website, polls, free and purchased votes, warrior names, and related services.
By accessing the Service (including as a guest), continuing to use it, or purchasing or using vote packs, you agree to these Terms and the documents incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Age
The Service is intended for users aged 18 or older. You must not use the Service if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service only where permitted by applicable law and with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian as required.
We do not provide an in-Service age-verification gate. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements that apply to you.
3. Account
The Service creates a guest session automatically when you visit. There is no password. Your account is tied to a session identifier stored in an HTTP-only cookie on that browser.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information when purchasing vote packs
- not share, sell, or transfer your session or account access
- promptly notify us of unauthorized access
- not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse promotions, or gain an unfair advantage
- not create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.
4. Warrior Names
You may set a warrior name shown publicly on the leaderboard.
- Names must use English letters, numbers, spaces, and limited punctuation, subject to length limits enforced by the Service
- Names must not contain profanity, hate speech, or other banned language
- We may reject, change, or remove a warrior name that violates these Terms
5. The Service
Poll Warrior is a competitive online polling arena. Users vote for one of two sides on an active poll, may cast free votes subject to cooldown rules, and may purchase additional votes. Your first vote on a poll locks you to that team for the remainder of the poll.
Mechanics, cooldowns, pack sizes, and presentation may change over time for balancing, security, technical, legal, or product reasons.
6. Virtual Votes
Free and purchased votes are virtual items used only within the Service.
Votes:
- have no cash value outside the Service
- are not legal tender
- are not cryptocurrency
- cannot be withdrawn for cash
- cannot be redeemed for fiat currency
- cannot be exchanged for cryptocurrency
- cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service
7. Vote Packs and Prices

Prices, taxes, currency presentation, and available packages may vary by location or change prospectively.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, currently Dodo Payments.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card number where the payment provider handles that information directly.
Purchased votes are credited only after the payment is successfully confirmed through the payment provider's authorized payment flow or webhook.
9. Refunds
Vote packs are digital goods delivered to your account when payment is confirmed. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable once votes have been credited.
We may consider a refund or corrective credit where:
- payment was taken but votes were not credited due to a technical error on our side
- a duplicate charge occurred for the same completed purchase
- applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to a remedy
Used votes, poll outcomes, or dissatisfaction with balance or results are not ordinarily grounds for a refund. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in account suspension.

10. Voting Rules
- free votes are subject to a cooldown between casts as shown in the Service
- your first vote on a poll locks you to that team for the rest of the poll
- purchased votes apply to the team you select at checkout and are not subject to the free-vote cooldown
- the live arena interface is the authoritative source for current totals, cooldowns, and pack offers
11. No Monetary Prizes
Unless a separate written promotion expressly states otherwise, the Service does not award cash or cash-equivalent prizes for vote counts, leaderboard position, or poll outcomes.
Votes are not redeemable for money.
12. Fair Play
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, macros, automation, or unauthorized software
- exploit bugs or unintended mechanics
- manipulate API requests or client-side data to obtain an unauthorized advantage
- interfere with another user's account
- falsify payment information or payment confirmations
- reverse engineer or attack the Service
- use multiple accounts to circumvent limits or exploit promotions
- use the Service for fraud, abuse, money laundering, or other unlawful activity
13. Integrity and Corrections
We may investigate suspected cheating, fraud, payment abuse, technical manipulation, or other violations.
Where reasonably necessary to preserve integrity, we may correct an erroneous vote tally, reverse an unauthorized transaction, suspend an account, or take another proportionate action.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of:
- a material violation of these Terms
- fraud or payment abuse
- cheating or exploitation
- security threats
- unlawful conduct
- technical or operational reasons requiring account suspension
15. Service Availability
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, security incidents, hosting failures, payment-provider failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will remain unchanged.
16. Bugs and Errors
The Service may contain bugs or errors.
If a technical error causes an incorrect paid vote credit, we may correct the affected tallies after reviewing the transaction and technical records.
Users must not knowingly exploit a material bug for personal advantage.
17. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interface, game mechanics, and other content supplied by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
By setting a warrior name, you grant us a non-exclusive license to show that name in the Service (including on leaderboards) as needed to operate the Service.
18. Third-Party Trademarks and Affiliation
Poll Warrior is an independent polling and entertainment service operated by Deantec Software Solutions Ltd. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, partnered with, or otherwise connected to any third-party company, brand, product, operating system, platform, or trademark owner referenced in the Service, unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to third-party names, trademarks, products, or companies are made to identify the subjects of polls, comparisons, and related discussions. Such references do not imply approval, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, licensing, partnership, joint venture, agency, or any other relationship with the relevant trademark owner.
All third-party trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Except where expressly authorized by the relevant rights holder or permitted by applicable law, nothing in the Service grants users permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit third-party intellectual property.
Individual polls may display additional notices relating to their specific subject matter. Such notices supplement this general disclaimer and do not replace it.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, permanently available, or unchanged.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of the Service.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice using a reasonable method.
22. Governing Law and Dispute Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Petah Tikva, Israel.
